When you make a purchase through our Service (“Purchase”), you may be required to provide certain information relevant to your Purchase, including but not limited to your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

By making a Purchase, you represent and warrant that:

• 1. You have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase.
• 2. The information you provide to us is true, correct, and complete.

We may use third-party services to facilitate payment and complete Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide this information to these third parties, subject to our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order, or other reasons.

We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Our Service is billed either on a monthly subscription basis or through a one-time lifetime purchase (“Subscription(s)”). Monthly subscriptions will be billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis (“Billing Cycle”).

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your monthly Subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You can cancel your Subscription renewal through your online account management page or by contacting us at support@quickcards.app

A valid payment method, such as a credit card, is required to process your subscription payment. You must provide us with accurate and complete billing information, including your full name, email and valid payment method information. By submitting this payment information, you authorize us to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to your provided payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order, or other reasons.

If automatic billing fails for any reason, your Subscription will be canceled and you will lose access to the Service.

We reserve the right to modify Subscription fees at any time, at our sole discretion. Any changes to Subscription fees will become effective at the end of the current Billing Cycle.

We will provide reasonable prior notice of any fee changes, giving you the opportunity to cancel your Subscription before the new fees take effect.

If you continue to use the Service after the fee change becomes effective, you agree to pay the updated Subscription fee amount.

Subscription fees are non-refundable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of France.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these TOS at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 14 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

If any change is made, Users will be notified through emails.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
